Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Pocahontas, AR
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 37 Weeks
Shift: Night | 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 48 Hours/Week | Friday–Monday Availability | Weekend Rotation
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate:
Local: $18 -$21.50
Required Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification — Required
- Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience — Preferred
- Ability to work 8-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts as assigned
- Friday–Monday and weekend availability — Required
- Ability to start within 2 weeks
- Ability to follow facility hygiene and footwear requirements
- Navy Blue scrubs required
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and comfort
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Maintain proper infection-control and hand-hygiene practices
- Document resident care accurately
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary staff
- Support quality and patient-centered resident care
