Erie 1 BOCES Career and Technical EducationLocations: Harkness Career and Technical Education Center - Cheektowaga, NY Kenton Career and Technical Education Center - Tonawanda, NY Potter Career and Technical Education Center - West Seneca, NYHours: 7:15AM-10:30AM or 12:00PM-3:00PMHourly Salary: $36.00Job ResponsibilitiesAssists Health Careers Instructors with demonstrations in clinical lab.Assists Health Careers Instructors in supervising students assigned to clinical experience in hospitals or nursing homes.Assists Health Careers Instructors in maintaining records on student attendance and performance in the clinical area.Assists in planning with members of the Health Careers faculty for correlation of materials taught in nursing theory with work experience to be provided.Evaluates student performance in all procedures using established guidelines and directives from the instructor.In consultation with the instructor, provides input regarding student attitudes, behaviors, and clinical competencies of each student assigned for the rotation.Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by Coordinator for Health Careers or Health Careers Instructors (e.g. care plans, worksheets, med cards, etc.).Completes clinical evaluation form assigned to students.Application ProcessPlease apply online by completing the following steps:Click Apply below and log in to your account in Recruitfront or create an account.Complete and submit the correct application type, TEACHER/ADMIN, and THENApply directly to the job posting.You will receive an email from Recruitfront stating that you have applied.Special Notes:When responding to or inquiring about this Notice of Vacancy, please refer to the Posting Number noted above.
