What You'll Do Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures. Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related components. Utilize diagnostic equipment, special service tools, and factory repair information to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns. Perform road tests and verify repairs to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly the first time. Communicate findings and recommended repairs with Service Advisors to provide customers with accurate repair recommendations and timelines. Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Nissan and dealership guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Stay current on manufacturer training, repair procedures, and evolving automotive technology. Consistently produce quality work while maintaining productivity and efficiency standards. What We're Looking For 2+ years of automotive dealership technician experience preferred Nissan dealership experience is a plus, but not required ASE and/or Nissan certifications preferred, but not required Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills Ability to efficiently perform repairs while maintaining quality workmanship Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and computerized repair systems Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws Professional references must be provided upon request Compensation & Benefits Performance‑based compensation with earning potential up to six figures Flat‑rate compensation based on experience, certifications, and demonstrated performance 401(k) Medical Dental Vision Employee vehicle purchase program Employee discounts Paid manufacturer and dealership training Career advancement opportunities Why Mike Rezi Nissan At Mike Rezi Nissan, we believe great technicians deserve great opportunities.
