Patient Resource Advisor — Insurance & Financial Support

Chicago Family Health Center

A community health organization in Chicago is seeking a Patient Resource Consultant to conduct financial assessments, verify insurance benefits, and assist uninsured patients. This role requires strong collaboration skills and knowledge of health coverage programs. Successful candidates will have at least an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, and must obtain specific certifications shortly after hiring.
