As a Bilingual Personal Banker, you will be based in Norridge, IL at the Montrose branch. Bilingual Polish is required. Location 4350 N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706 Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
