Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Contractor | Remote Job Description: The Enterprise Database Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, security, and performance of critical enterprise database management systems. This role encompasses the entire database administration lifecycle, including design, installation, capacity planning, configuration, migration, and performance tuning. Key responsibilities include implementing high-availability database clusters, configuring automated backup and point-in-time disaster recovery systems, managing user role permissions and data encryption standards, and continuously monitoring long-running SQL queries to optimize indexing and execution plans. You will collaborate with software developers to review schema designs and ensure seamless database integration across production environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Database Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
