About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its efforts in building and nurturing a community of alumni and friends in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to engage this community in supporting the programs and activities of the institution in Colombia. This includes fostering a unique learning environment, promoting excellence in teaching and research, and providing access to the institution's programs and facilities for deserving students. The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the institution's global presence and impact. While the specific role description and leadership profile are being finalized, the Executive Director will be expected to have a strong background in community engagement, development, and a deep understanding of the academic and cultural values of the institution.
