Job Title: Cultivation Propagation Technician | Reports to: Cultivation Management | Location: Homestead, FL 33030

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cloning, seeding, and transplanting tasks as per the provided SOPs.

• Monitor and adjust environmental factors (e.g., temperature, humidity, and light) to optimize plant propagation.

• Regularly inspect plants for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.

• Ensure plants are tracked and organized by their tag, phenotype etc.

• Maintain accurate records of plant performance, propagation rates, and environmental conditions.

• Provide reports and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and success rates.

• Ensure all propagation equipment and work areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hygiene and pest prevention.

• Work closely with cultivation managers and other team members to meet production goals.

• Assist in training new team members on propagation techniques and protocols.

• Follow all company policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines, especially when handling chemicals or performing tasks that involve equipment.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.

• Other tasks as assigned by management.
