What We Offer Salary: $110,500.00 - $152,000.00 Location: Santa Clara, CA Key Responsibilities Prepare project plan and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements. Drive project deliverables and task details through the use of reports, tracking charts and checklists. Align activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on‑time and within budget performance objectives. Monitor, and report to the business unit on project’s cost performance. Participate in intra‑business unit design teams to complete projects. Contribute to the team’s technical development in pursuit of project goals. Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution. Qualifications and Knowledge Functional Knowledge: Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of competition and differentiators. Leadership: Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Problem Solving: Solve complex problems; take new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information. Impact: Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and related teams; work within broad guidelines and policies. Interpersonal Skills: Explain difficult or sensitive information; work to build consensus.
