Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to a unique contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time position involves working closely with the Pyramid Program, which delivers integrated support and intensive special education services to students with significant social and emotional needs. The role is based within a middle school setting and provides the chance to make a meaningful difference alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and licensure required
• Experience in school or pediatric settings, especially with behavioral supports
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and data collection practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver behavior analytic services to students in a small, structured learning environment
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support socially appropriate behaviors and skill development
• Collect, analyze, and report on student progress and program outcomes
• Train and provide ongoing consultation to educational staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
• Shadow the current BCBA beginning as soon as possible, then assume full responsibility upon their leave in December
