Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customers, sales activities, and print production operations. This position combines customer service, inside sales, sales support, and production coordination in a fast-paced, deadline-driven printing environment.

The CSR will be responsible for providing accurate quotes, entering and maintaining job information, coordinating orders from creation through production and delivery, communicating with customers and vendors, and supporting the sales team in achieving business and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide responsive and professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare accurate quotes based on customer requirements, specifications, measurements, and production needs.
• Enter job specifications and customer information accurately to create quotes and work orders.
• Track customer orders and print jobs from initial creation through production, completion, and delivery.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-up, order management, and sales-related activities.
• Conduct regular customer outreach and maintain strong relationships with active customers.
• Perform daily inside sales activities, including approximately 30–50 outbound calls per day .
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding supplies, materials, and outsourced production requirements.
• Monitor Work in Process (WIP) and related reports to help maximize workflow efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and formal training in printing, graphics, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or order coordination within a high-volume printing environment .
• Experience with digital printing or other areas of commercial printing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print orders, specifications, measurements, and production requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret print orders, job specifications, instructions, and production documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with computers, email, standard office equipment, and business software.
• Experience with CRM, order management, estimating, or print-management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and handle materials or objects weighing up to 50 pounds .
