POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintaining all equipment in prime operating condition and ensuring that all repairs are done on an efficient and timely basis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Completing planned, unplanned and corrective maintenance on all equipment including Production, Packaging and Distribution and document all repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair automated machinery and computer-controlled mechanical systems in industrial settings
- Responsible for changing overs on the various lines according to production need.
- Help in Performing regularly scheduled TBA A3 Speed maintenance.
- Perform proper Tag Out procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Possess thorough mechanical and electrical knowledge and ability (theories and principles)
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems
- 3 phase motor repair
- Conveyors
- Robotics
- Processing Equipment
- Pump/Valve/Gearbox rebuilding
- Filling / filler and packaging machines
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education and/or years of experience:
- High School Diploma (preferably a technical institute degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical/electrical experience
- Candidates with maintenance experience within beverage production facility (Preferred)
B. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations (applicable to position)
- Related Technical training certificates are a plus
