This role is responsible for trimming embroidered apparel and hats, cleaning finished products, assisting embroidery machine operators, organizing production flow, and helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow within a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbroidery Trimming & FinishingTrim backing, jump stitches, loose threads, and excess materials from embroidered productsInspect embroidered apparel and hats for quality and consistencyEnsure finished products meet company and customer quality standardsFold, sort, and prepare completed items for packing or next production stagesProduction AssistanceAssist embroidery machine operators with loading and unloading garments and hatsHelp organize production runs and staging areasPrepare garments, thread, backing, and supplies for upcoming jobsMaintain production efficiency by helping keep workflow organized and moving smoothlyQuality ControlIdentify embroidery defects such as thread breaks, misalignment, puckering, or incorrect colorsNotify supervisors immediately of quality concerns or production issuesMaintain high standards for premium finished productsOrganization & MaintenanceKeep embroidery and production areas clean and organizedAssist with inventory organization and material restockingHelp maintain tools, hoops, and production equipmentFollow all company safety procedures and production guidelinesQualificationsStrong attention to detailPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentDependable and punctualAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious embroidery, apparel, sewing, or production experience preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with hats, apparel decoration, or promotional products is a plusExperience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is helpfulSuccess in This Role Looks LikeClean, professional-looking finished productsMinimal quality issues or missed defectsStrong production support and teamworkEfficient workflow and organizationConsistent attendance and reliabilityWhy JoinOpportunity to grow within a creative and fast-growing companyHands-on work with premium brands and apparelSupportive team environmentVariety of projects and production experienceBe part of creating high-quality branded products for clients nationwideE04JI800i39h40964hm #J-18808-Ljbffr
