Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy regimens that help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply proven techniques to improve patients' mobility, cognitive abilities, and daily functioning.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to support continued progress at home.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement of ongoing education or additional certifications is provided.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
