Staff AccountantCleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Harrisburg, PA.Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant. This role reports to the Senior Accounting Manager and is responsible for various accounting functions related to treasury operations, financial analysis, general ledger reconciliations, and internal reporting.Primary Responsibilities:Create and distribute various bank detail reports daily.Create various bank detail reports and distribute to management.Upload, monitor, investigate various treasury internal controls (positive pay).Complete outgoing wires / ach payments as needed.Process incoming checks via remote deposit.Administer and manage the company credit card payment program.Assist with company P-Card program.Prepare vendor / supplier application forms.Assist with various insurance tasks (insurance certificates, renewals).Review, analyze, and prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis.Reconciliation of E-Commerce sales.Prepare and review journal entries during month-end close process.Assist with year-end financial audit as required.
