Your primary goal will be to show potential renters our available rental portfolio, in addition to assisting two sales teams with showings of listings to their potential Buyers. Compensation:$80,000+ Commission based
Responsibilities:- Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
- Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Show company rental properties to applicants.
- Provide field support to the property management team.
- Assist the sales team with available listings showings to potential Buyers.
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
