An Operations Coordinator who thrives on keeping people, projects, and processes aligned is needed by Hellings Builders in their growing business. This is a hands-on full-time role for someone who can take ownership of operational details, coordinate moving parts, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll support the flow of projects and daily business operations, helping connect schedules, teams, systems, vendors, and internal processes while driving consistent follow-through.

What You'll Get:

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Compensation:

$70,000 – $80,000 yearly base salary

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project and operational progress to keep work moving efficiently

• Coordinate handoffs between departments and resolve workflow concerns

• Build visibility around priorities, deadlines, and outstanding items

• Help standardize processes and improve daily operational efficiency

• Communicate updates and changes across the appropriate teams

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in operations, business coordination, or project management

• Construction, home building, or related industry experience preferred

• Strong accounting or financial administration background

• Ability to understand how operational decisions impact financial performance

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and connect the dots
