The role includes sales, marketing, and managing the customer experience. Responsibilities Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process. Develop meaningful relationships with the community through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service. Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors through genuine connections and timely responses. Qualifications Prior leasing or sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced and variable environments. Goal‑oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
