React Developer

Salary: $78,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with a proven history of leading large-scale products
• Expert-level experience with FastAPI, including async Python, and modern React, including Hooks, TypeScript, and performance profiling
• Hands-on experience with API gateway patterns, request throttling, and securing distributed systems with OAuth2/JWT
• Deep knowledge of structured logging, distributed tracing, and message brokers such as ActiveMQ or EventBridge
• Advanced proficiency using AI tools to speed up development and reduce manual effort
• Expert-level experience with PostgreSQL tuning and indexing, Redis for caching and rate limiting, and container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical risks and their business impact clearly

• Independently lead and deliver new, complex workstreams from concept through launch while partnering as a technical peer to existing leadership
• Design and defend distributed microservices and event-driven architectures, and communicate design patterns clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Produce clean, production-ready code at a high pace using FastAPI and React with TypeScript
• Build and implement global error handling frameworks, centralized logging, and API management strategies including rate limiting and versioning
• Oversee asynchronous service communication using ActiveMQ or AWS EventBridge
• Integrate AI coding tools into day-to-day workflows to accelerate prototyping, refactoring, and automated testing
• Mentor engineers through thorough code reviews and by helping senior developers resolve complex technical challenges
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to convert roadmaps into technical execution, provide accurate estimates, and surface technical risks early
