Senior Lead Software Engineer - React/AWS

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We need hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We look for proficiency in one or more front-end technologies such as React/ReactJS, Redux, Angular/AngularJS, ExtJS, JQuery, or NodeJS.
• We look for proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RDS Postgres or another relational database.
• We need experience leading and mentoring junior engineers through technical direction and code reviews to improve delivery quality and team throughput.
• We require practical experience with Terraform and infrastructure provisioning, including developing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code modules for repeatable, scalable, and auditable deployments.
• We require cloud-native experience in AWS.
• We look for demonstrated experience leading the effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools, with the ability to set expectations for validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• We require a strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and alignment with resiliency and security expectations.
• Preferred: proficiency in React and NodeJS.
• Preferred: AWS experience with hands-on infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Preferred: experience as a technology coach and leader who helps the team solve technical problems.

• We apply knowledge of software development life cycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value delivered by automation.
