DIRECTOR OF NURSING (EMERGENCY SERVICES)

Role :

Lead emergency department 24/7 including fast patient care, managing budgets and oversee staff. Handle emergencies and maintain hospital safety.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for the Emergency Department.
Quality & Safety: Ensure high-quality patient care and strict adherence to hospital safety standards.
Team Development: Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing nursing and clinical team.
Clinical Excellence: Drive continuous performance improvement and foster clinical excellence within the unit.
Collaboration: Partner and collaborate closely with hospital executive leadership on growth and departmental initiatives.

Must-Have:

A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in emergency
Active RN license (valid for AL or Compact equivalent)
USA work authorization

Nice to have:

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher

* Available to start within 30 days
