Senior FP&A Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior FP&A Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $115,000 to $150,000 per year.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance
- Provide insights into factors affecting revenue growth and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Evaluate cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
- Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods.
- Analyze cost components, including direct and indirect costs.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses on proposed projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
