Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Associate (Hybrid 3/2)

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financials for the real estate portfolio, including annual budgets, monthly financial reviews, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Prepare quarterly valuations for all real estate holdings, utilizing net operating income and discounted cash flow models.
• Liaise with property management companies and external accounting firms to coordinate financial statement audits.
• Calculate periodic distributions for real estate entities, ensuring adherence to partnership agreements and loan documents.
• Collaborate with asset management and development teams to maintain and improve the property-level financial database.

• Have 3-5+ years of experience working in finance or accounting, preferably within real estate.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
• Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills for evaluating financial performance.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

• Maintain strong attention to detail and self-motivation to manage multiple financial projects effectively.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential financial matters.
• Work independently while also collaborating within a growing and fast-paced environment.
• Apply expertise in financial reporting, audit coordination, and real estate accounting standards.
• Hold a CPA license and have experience with Big Four accounting firms, real estate partnerships, or investment management.
