What You ll Do

• Provide hematology/oncology physician coverage across inpatient (primarily) and some outpatient settings
• Oversee an NP as part of the clinical care team
• Provide clinical management for adult oncology patients (average patients per day in the hospital setting)
• Support call coverage as required by the assignment
• Participate in care delivery aligned with an established oncology practice and workflows
• Enrolling patients in research studies (willing and interested to enroll)
• Use EPIC for documentation/clinical charting

What You Need
Required

• MD/DO (role requires Physician Hematology Oncology ; specific licensure/certifications not listed in the Job Order)
• Willingness and interest to enroll patients in research studies
• Ability to provide call coverage as required
• Adult oncology experience (adult population required)

About the Assignment
Bon Secours Cancer Institute at St. Marys Hospital in Richmond, VA is seeking a Locum Medical Oncologist for multiple weekly blocks in July and August.
