Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in school-based settings or with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities, sensory needs, and motor skills to inform interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services to support student participation in academic and daily life activities
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt materials and classroom environments
• Maintain thorough and timely records of progress, sessions, and communications
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
