Description This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients within the Medical Practice industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders, working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality patient care. Your expertise will contribute to advancing our practice's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services while ensuring that we remain at the forefront of medical advancements in gastroenterology. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions Perform endoscopic procedures and other advanced interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care Stay updated on the latest developments in gastroenterology Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Gastroenterology Valid medical license to practice in the state of Illinois Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuing education and professional development Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Opening Highlights Schedule: 4 or 5-day workweeks No call requirement New GI service line Caseload: General and advanced GI, including EUS and ERCP Must have experience Must be board-certified or board-eligible Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus upside Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Full benefits package Malpractice coverage with tail #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
