We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategy, and building a high-performing team that expands our client base and strengthens long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and revenue growth
Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline management practices
Identify new market opportunities and refine targeting strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, set goals, and support company growth initiatives
Personally engage in high-value deals and complex negotiations
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery

Qualifications:
7+ years of outside sales experience required
3+ years in a sales leadership or management role preferred
