Deskside Support Agent

We are seeking a qualified Deskside Support Agent to provide technical assistance and support to our employees in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent customer service skills. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain company equipment and software
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Create and update documentation for support processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Deskside Support Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus
