Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a critical access facility in Montana. This position involves providing perioperative nursing support across multiple surgical specialties, including obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, gastrointestinal, ear, nose, and throat, pain management, and dental procedures. The role requires flexibility to work across various units in the surgery department and may include on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week, starting on 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license, 0 years of experience, Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS); experience with OR procedures, circulating, pre/post-operative, and PACU; proficient in charting with Epic EMR system; capable of circulating cesarean sections, general, ortho, ENT, and dental surgeries
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a perioperative setting within a critical access hospital environment
• Float: Float within surgical services and assist other departments as scope allows
• Additional Information: Position requires clinical competency in surgical procedures, ability to follow patients from pre-op to discharge, and flexibility to work in multiple surgical units including PACU, Endoscopy, Pre-op, and OR. Must be prepared for on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adhere to scheduling and RTO policies.
