Requirements for Day Shift Hospitality Specialist
- Offer friendly and efficient customer service demonstrating honor, dignity, and respect in all interactions with guests
- Competence in providing hospitality directly to restaurant customers, which may include but is not limited to:
- Taking orders from guests
- Operating a cash register and receiving payments from guests in cash, credit card, or digital format
- Accurately counting U.S. currency and providing change to customers as needed
- Preparing and delivering guest orders
- Cleaning and restocking counters, condiment stations, and restrooms
- Following food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Working efficiently
- Able to stand for several hours at a time
- Lifting objects up to 20 pounds when necessary
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods, with safety being our top priority
