What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and rewarding. You will:

• Command the Litigation Lifecycle: Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery while developing winning case strategies.

• Represent with Power: Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.

• Negotiate & Resolve: Communicate directly with opposing counsel and adjusters to secure optimal settlements.

• Consult & Strategize: Partner with experts-from accident reconstructionists to medical professionals-to build bulletproof cases.

• Empower Clients: Guide individuals through complex legal hurdles with clear communication and ethical counsel.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a professional who is as comfortable in a courtroom as they are in a strategy session.

• Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership in good standing.

• Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience (Personal Injury or First-Party Property preferred). High-caliber internships or clerkships will also be considered.

• Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of insurance coverage, tort liability, and civil procedure.

• Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and oral advocacy.

  • The ability to navigate a high-volume caseload with precision.

  • Proficiency in Westlaw/Lexis and case management software.
