Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for facilitating therapy sessions with couples and individuals, focusing on a broad range of mental health issues. Your tasks will include: Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients. Providing therapeutic support for various challenges, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, and adjustment to separation and divorce. Facilitating effective communication among family members and addressing complex dynamics within blended families. Utilizing evidence-based methodologies while documenting client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care. Staying current with best practices in therapy and participating in continuous professional development opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be adults and child/adolescent populations grappling with mental health concerns. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting industry standards and your expertise.
