Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Join our team as a full-time, Day shift, Labor and Delivery Charge Registered Nurse, responsible for managing shift operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. As a Charge RN, you will serve as a liaison to communicate with the Nurse Manager and House Supervisor, assign patients each shift, provide clinical support, and address patient care issues. You will mentor new staff, participate in performance reviews, and perform patient assessments to develop and revise care plans that meet diverse needs. Delegating care appropriately to optimize outcomes and adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act are essential duties. 2-year degree Current Kansas RN licensure BLS certification within 14 days of hire ACLS certification (unit-specific) Preferred 4-year degree Experience in a similar healthcare setting.
