Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You\'ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient\'s health. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients. Develop and coordinate patient-centered care plans. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes. Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction. Maintain competencies and certifications as required. Requirements Education Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required; BSN in progress or to be acquired within three years preferred. Experience Six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health\'s Nurse Residency Program. Licenses & Certifications Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey. BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
