Requirements:

What You'll Do

Greet customers and create a positive service experience
Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Build trust and long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience preferred
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
