HR Intern (Fall 2026)

Overview The Human Resources Intern will assist the team with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, compensation, and L/D. Responsibilities This internship will start in early September* What You’ll Get To Do Provide support in to HR management Research, compile and analyze data for special personnel projects and reports Learn the process and tools for managing employee performance and development Assist in the research and the updating or creating of HR policies and procedures Assist in the creation and updating for records in workday to include; creating job profiles, requisitions, org profiles, employee changes Participate in working groups including but not limited engagement, welfare insurance, and others. Proactively seeks opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to HR projects beyond assigned tasks What You’ll Bring Education & Experience Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree (Junior/Senior) or higher majoring in HR, Labor Relations, Business or other related field Competencies Strong interpersonal skills Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely manner. Proficient PC Skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook Ability to communicate successfully with all levels of employees and management.
