We're looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team, where you'll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by ensuring order, inventory, and shipment information is entered accurately and on time. Success in this role means maintaining reliable records, catching discrepancies early, and providing Operations with accurate information they can depend on.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with high volumes of information in a fast-paced environment. You'll thrive if you enjoy working with data, solving discrepancies, and taking ownership of accuracy from start to finish.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will:

• Enter and verify order, inventory, shipment, and other warehouse transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and within required processing timelines.
• Review transaction records and system exceptions, research discrepancies, and make or coordinate corrections to maintain accurate operational data.
• Support inventory and operational audits by preparing transaction histories, reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain complete, organized, and accurate records that support Operations, Inventory Control, Billing, and customer reporting.
• Monitor assigned workloads and communicate potential delays, data issues, or unresolved exceptions before they impact downstream operations.
• Identify recurring errors or process gaps and contribute ideas that improve data accuracy, efficiency, and workflow.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ year of data entry, clerical, or warehouse administrative experience; experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy with the ability to process high-volume transactions without sacrificing quality.
• Experience with WMS, order management, data entry, or similar business systems preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology, reporting tools, and digital workflows.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
