Job Summary Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for afull-time, non-tenure track faculty position as Lecturer of Anatomyand Physiology in the Department of Ecology, Evolution, andOrganismal Biology with a preferred start date of August 2027. Thisis a nine-month contracted position and is for work to be performedin the state of Georgia. Responsibilities Primary responsibilities will include teaching undergraduatecourses in human anatomy and physiology, human physiology, or humananatomy (e.g. Anatomy and Physiology I & II and Labs BIOL2251/L, BIOL 2252/L; Human Physiology BIOL 4431/L, Human AnatomyBIOL 4432/L). Other teaching responsibilities may include teaching lecturesand lab courses in their area of specialization and as needed bythe department. Duties may include teaching evenings, online or in a hybridformat. Summer teaching is optional. Service to the Department, College, or University, theprofession, or community is expected. There are no research expectations for this position, and thereis no departmental support for research for this position. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOCFaculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, inPhysiology, Biology, or a closely related field with courseworkrelevant to teaching human anatomy, physiology or a closely relateddiscipline is required at the time of hire. OR A minimum of a Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in anon-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in HumanAnatomy and Physiology is required at the time of hire.
