We are a skilled nursing facility located on the beautiful North Oregon coast in Wheeler, Oregon. As the area's leading skilled nursing care provider, they offer the very best, compassionate care for seniors while striving to improve the physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of their residents, and that is exactly what they do every day. The Rehab Department is equipped with various modalities, streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure a consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department offers acute in-patient therapy and focuses on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various programs.
