Supply Service Representative
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management including scanning, cycle counting, and delivery of medical supplies to clinical units.
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO standards while maintaining organized and accurate par levels.
- Provide responsive customer service to clinical staff and support continuous process improvement across departments.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain management, and healthcare materials distribution.
- Proficient in scanning systems, cycle counting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Arts or Science preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management or healthcare materials handling required; 5–8 years preferred.
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards and hospital supply chain procedures strongly desired.
