Job Title: Business Operations and Growth Assistant

Purpose: The Business Operations and Growth Assistant supports Pymed's daily operations and business growth by coordinating administrative activities, executing digital marketing initiatives, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in digital marketing and sales support, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a good understanding of healthcare technology and SaaS solutions.

Main Duties:

a) Support Daily Business Operations

• Coordinate and support the Executives and CEO to manage the day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth operations across departments.
• Track and follow up on operational tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Help document and improve internal workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate communications with customers, vendors, partners, and prospects.
• Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-up activities.
• Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

b) Administrative & Operational Coordination

• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Organize company files, contracts, and operational documentation.
• Maintain company records and ensure documents are organized.
• Assist with compliance documentation, policies, and audit preparation.
• Coordinate office purchases, software subscriptions, and vendor communications.
• Track contracts, renewals, and service agreements.

c) Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

d) Content Creation and Management

• Develop high-quality marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and infographics.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the company's website with fresh content and news updates.

e) Sales Support

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing CRM data, preparing sales presentations, and generating reports.
• Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.
• Respond to sales inquiries and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication with potential clients.

f) Lead Generation and Management

• Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital marketing efforts.
• Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns.

g) Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the healthcare software industry.
• Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns and sales activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on market insights and campaign performance to the marketing and sales teams.

h) Customer Engagement

• Engage with customers and prospects through social media, webinars, and other digital channels.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Develop and maintain customer case studies and testimonials to enhance credibility and trust.

i) Event Coordination

• Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Represent Pymed Technologies at industry events, building relationships with potential clients and partners.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales support, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
• Basic code knowledge and skills to build a business branding website are a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
• Knowledge of the healthcare software industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambition and willingness to grow current responsibilities to the next level.

Payment and Benefits:

• $30.00–$40.00 per hour, plus a 1.5% commission on every closed deal s/he support.
• Average working hours: 16 hours per week for the first 6 months.
• The successful Contractor for the full-time employment contract will get payment: $65,000.00-95,000.00 p.a.
