Hematologic Malignancy & Cellular Therapy Physician

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking a Hematologist or Medical Oncologist specializing in malignant hematology and cellular therapy to join its growing team. This opportunity offers the ability to maintain an active clinical practice focused on lymphoma, leukemia, multiple myeloma, and other hematologic malignancies while providing specialized care to patients receiving CAR-T cell and bispecific antibody therapies.

The physician will be involved throughout the continuum of care, from patient evaluation and treatment selection through therapy administration, toxicity management, and long-term follow-up. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the physician will help ensure patients have access to advanced cellular and immune-based therapies in a community oncology setting.

Key clinical responsibilities include evaluating and managing patients receiving CAR-T cell and bispecific antibody therapies, participating in treatment planning, recognizing and managing treatment-related toxicities, collaborating with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and care coordinators to support safe and effective treatment delivery, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, tumor boards, and coordination of care with referring physicians and specialty centers, contributing to clinical research and trials involving cellular therapies, immunotherapy, and emerging treatments for hematologic malignancies, and supporting ongoing clinical quality initiatives and the continued expansion of advanced treatment options within the practice.
