Inventory Clerk

Our operations department is seeking an organized and methodical Inventory Clerk to oversee stock accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and manage data entry within our warehouse inventory system. You will monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancy causes, and ensure physical counts match our database to support efficient fulfillment and purchasing schedules.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and comprehensive periodic physical inventory audits across all warehouse locations.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical shelf counts and the warehouse management system (WMS).

• Log stock receipts, customer returns, transfers, and damaged inventory write-offs into the database.

• Monitor stock thresholds and alert procurement teams when essential supplies or products run low.

• Label stock bins, shelves, and storage racks clearly to maintain optimal inventory organization.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
