Location: Ronkonkoma, NY

Pay: $20–$22 per hour

Employment: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk to support warehouse and material-handling operations within a food manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipment accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly stored and available to support production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to unload, move, store, and stage raw materials.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and documentation.
• Enter receiving and inventory transactions into an ERP system.
• Perform daily inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
• Replenish and stage materials to support production requirements.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow company safety procedures, GMP standards, and SQF food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of forklift experience, including sit-down forklift operation.
• 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and experience entering transactions into business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour.
