Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the St Petersburgh, FL area. If you're looking for a role where your time, skills, and independence are truly valued, this is your opportunity to take control of your schedule while providing meaningful one-on-one care.

Coverage Area: South Pinellas, Largo, Seminole, St Petersburg, FL (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

Pay-per-visit model: $30–$35 per visit (base rate)
Average full-time earnings: $45,000 – $55,000+ annually
Quarterly bonus opportunities

Your Role as a Home Health LPN

Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification
