Customer Service Support Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Receive and process customer sales orders via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide knowledgeable and accurate information regarding product selection, pricing, availability, and order status while delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns, including warranties, backorders, returns, and other order-related issues
• Generate and process pick tickets and related documentation to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including shipping and receiving, order verification, inventory checks, cycle counts, stocking, and other general warehouse duties
• Maintain accurate records and ensure orders are processed efficiently to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Successful Customer Service Support Representative Candidates Will Have:

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
• Proficiency with computers and technology, including the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Knowledge of automotive parts, heavy-duty truck parts, or related industry experience is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization

• In this role, the associate will be physically active and regularly required to lift, pick, pull, carry, and stock heavy-duty truck parts, which may weigh more than 40 pounds, with the assistance of appropriate lifting devices and equipment as needed
• The associate will be required to stand for extended periods of time and work on a variety of surfaces throughout the workday
• The associate will frequently be required to walk, bend, sit, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, and climb while performing job duties
• The associate will use a computer and other technology tools to complete daily job responsibilities, including inventory management, order processing, and communication activities
• The associate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position safely and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse, retail, and service environment

• The associate must be able to safely navigate warehouse, retail, and service areas while maintaining awareness of surroundings and adhering to all company safety policies and practice
