Responsibilities Call potential customers by phone to promote insurance products, transfer or schedule appointments for licensed Account Representatives. Follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines. Maintain accurate records of outcomes. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Requirements Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred. Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills. Comfort with high-volume outbound calling. Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/lead systems. Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets. Ability to work in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus). Must follow all applicable laws (e.g., call recording, opt-out requests, and consent rules).
