ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Founded in 2012, our agency is led by Daniel and supported by a team of 10 dedicated professionals who bring a strong blend of insurance, claims, and financial services experience to the work we do. Daniel has more than 25 years of personal experience in the industry and holds a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 certifications. He is deeply family-oriented, married for 18 years with four children, and brings that same care and thoughtfulness into helping individuals and families tailor coverage to their real needs.


Giving back is a core part of our mission - we're actively involved with Care Portal, supporting foster children and families facing hardship, because we believe insurance is about strengthening families and communities, not just policies.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Daniel Parker - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
