WE ARE HIRING and looking for an experienced Transport Dispatcher to join our growing team TODAY. Minimum 3 years of trucking transportation industry experience is required. Job Responsibilities Quote, enter orders into TMW, build manifests, dispatch drivers, and follow up until the POD is recorded and the order is ready for billing. Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers throughout the process. Dispatch deliveries and pre‑plan freight for return trips. Prepare ACE Manifests for cross‑border shipments. Qualifications Experience as a dispatcher in the transportation field with knowledge of relevant regulations. Expert knowledge of the Houston, Texas area. Proficiency in “hunting” freight through load boards, supplier distribution emails, and customer emails. Knowledge of U.S. and Canada shipping regulations and practices. Flatdeck, overdimensional, and LTL shipping knowledge. Experience with TMW, PeopleNet, Microsoft Office, CBSA’s ACE Portal, and various load boards. Strong interpersonal skills: self‑motivated, results‑driven, team player, and adept at building and maintaining customer relationships. High level of detail orientation, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to manage changing priorities. Flexible scheduling and willingness to be on call.
