Corporate Affairs and Compliance Attorney

Job Duties

  • Advise clients on legal transactions
  • Draw up legal documents
  • Gather evidence, evaluate findings and develop arguments
  • Interpret laws, ruling and regulations for Executive Team
  • Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
  • Represent clients in litigation and other proceedings

Education

  • 2-3 years undergraduate studies
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized law school
  • Completion of bar examination

Qualification

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar. (PA not required)
